Michael Ellis is the Managing Member and Owner of Ellis & Company. He attended Towson University and graduated with his degree in Accounting and Business. Michael has worked with small businesses and accounting firms for over 8 years, giving him the experience and diversity that makes Ellis & Company a success. Michael currently is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), National Association of Tax Preparers (NATP), and the Maryland Society of Accountants (MSA). Further, Michael attends continuing education classes (CPE, required by tax professionals and CPA's) throughout the year to assure the highest level of service. Michael is married and is a proud father to two girls.

Jennifer Ellis is the wife of Michael Ellis and has been an integral part of making Ellis & Company a success. Jennifer manages the day to day activities of Ellis & Company, including bookkeeping functions, managing appointments, answering phone calls, and much more. Her attention to detail and organization drastically assists in office productivity. Jennifer grew up in Baltimore Maryland and has worked with various businesses handling books and managing positions.
